Hi guys sorry this took me so long to get this to you but I’m not the best with emails. I just wanted to tell everyone how ahppy I am with you two. Me and my husband owned the house since new in 1968. We raised our family in the house and when the kids were gone we bought another house and used thhe one you purchased as rental for probably 20 years. We had several renters in there over thse years. Well my husband passed away a few years ago and the last renters didn’t treat the house very well. I remember your letter because it was pink. Once the lease was up I knew that I couldn’t afford to fix it so I called you guys. I met you at the house a few days later, and you told me as is and you offered me a price that was more than I ever thought the house would be worth and a few weeks later I had the money. Mary and Ralph are the best and easiest people to sell your house to. My house was not in the best shape and I couldn’t keep up with it any longer.
